1809 Capital is a financial return-focused investment platform. Fund strategy is managed by experienced venture fund managers and leverages a significant Miami alumni network of VC fund managers, entrepreneurs, investors, board directors, and C-level management. 1809 Capital focuses on investment candidates that have demonstrated commercial revenue growth and strong product-market fit.

1809's limited partners are afforded the opportunity to network with experienced executives in the innovation ecosystem and engage in collaboration with Miami’s Altman Institute for Entrepreneurship (Nasdaq 2020 Center of Entrepreneurial Excellence, Princeton Review Top 10 Entrepreneurship Program) and Interdisciplinary Programs and Classes (Farmer, CAS, CEC). The fund co-hosts innovation summits and networking events across the country bringing together alumni VCs, Founders, 1809 Capital Limited Partners, Miami administration and faculty and students. Engagement is highlighted by the 1809 Capital Annual LP Meeting in Oxford.
