Prior to her current role, Joy has also worked on the Finance Transformation, Systems, and Integration group, which is responsible for Google’s financial data. She has also worked on the largest ERP to ERP transformation across the country and led the Treasury Tax initiative at Google, a process that streamlined cash management of $100 billion. Joy is the Chief Financial Officer of Paladin.org, a nonprofit that focuses on supporting underserved founders to structure their startups.
